This first photograph is of our entrance hall leading to the staircase accessing the first floor accommodation.

The inner vestibule door is of patterned stained glass construction and at the top of the first landing we have a most beautiful large stained glass window. The house has been refurbished over the years and original features have been retained.

We have 7 guest rooms available.

All our rooms are spacious and comfortable, having en suite facilities, colour television with Freeview, hair dryers, and hospitality trays, allowing to you have a cup of tea or coffee at any time. Fresh milk can be provided for your drinks if it is preferred.

This is a large room at the front of the house with a king size bed and en suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. This room has 2 comfortable easy chairs which can either be situated to watch the coming and goings of the street outside or watch the colour TV.

This is a double/twin bedroom, depending on the requirements of our guests with en suite facilities and access to this room would be suitable for a person with difficulty walking up steps or with the use of a wheel chair as it is all on ground floor level.

This is our family room. It is at the front of the house, a large room with a view of the sea views. There is a double and single bed in this room and if required there is plenty of room for either another occasional bed or a travelling cot. This also has a en suite shower room with toilet and wash basin.

We have other bedrooms, twins on the ground floor, doubles on both ground and first floor level, and single on the first floor. The single room has a private shower room , with shower, toilet and wash basin. A bath robe is provided for the use of the occupant of this room.

We offer delicious hearty breakfasts freshly cooked to order, and served in the dining room on the ground floor, between 7.30am and 8.45am although an earlier breakfast is available should you require it.

Our breakfast starts with fruit juice and a selection of cereals which are available on the side table and guests are requested to help themselves to these. The substantial Scottish breakfast of a selection of bacon, sausage, tomatoes, beans, black pudding, mushrooms, and eggs (fried or scrambled) is available in any combination you choose. Hot toast, freshly brewed tea and coffee are served to order. Home made creamy porridge is available on request.

The decor in the dinning room gives a warmth to this room, and an unusual feature is the border of "books" which can be seen in the photograph.
