You may check in from 17.00 hours (5pm) . Earlier arrival catered for by prior arrangement.
You are requested to check out by 10.00am.
Parking:
Limited parking available. There is a public car park adjacet to our guest house and on road parking is available outside the guest house.
Internet:
Wireless Internet is available in the entire guest house and is free of charge.
Extra Bed/Children:
Children are welcome.
Folding bed and travelling cot are available. Most of our rooms are spacious enough for these beds.
Deposits:
A deposit may be charged on day of booking and is non refundable.(payment by credit or debit card)
If cancelled up to 4 days prior to date of arrival, 20% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

We accept cheques, cash and VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, & AMERICAN EXPRESS

Children over 14 from £25.00
Special rates available for multiple night stays.
Evening Meals are available by prior arrangement.
Transport is available, free of charge, to local wedding and golf venues(within 5 mile radius).
Transport to more distant venues is available subject to negotiation.

HOW TO FIND US FROM ABERDEEN - take the A947 to Banff, continue through to centre of the town and we are on the left immediately after the public car park and opposite Lloyds TSB Bank
FROM INVERNESS,ELGIN & KEITH- from the West you will enter Banff on the A98 and we are on the right, past the Castle grounds opposite the Lloyds TSB Bank and next to the public car park.
Guests arriving by train or air can be collected from the station or airport. We have some private car park space and a public car park is next to Gardenia along with parking in front of the property. We are on the public transport route. We are only an hour and half from Inverness and about an hour from Aberdeen.
